E- Design Services

For those based outside the Metro DC area, or who want to implement their design themselves over time, we offer e-design services. 

Included in each e-design package you will receive:

• 1 floorplan with furniture layout for your chosen space.

• Paint selections for each space

• An electronic design board, showing all the pieces selected for your space.

• A spreadsheet with all furniture, fabric/drapery, lighting and accessory specifications for your space, for you to purchase and implement in your own time.

• Unlimited email consultation as needed.

• Up to two 30-minute phone consultations.

• Up to three specification revisions on your design plan (fabric, furniture, lighting, etc).

Once  we have discussed the scope of your project , I will provide you with a proposal for you e-design package. A 50% deposit is due upon signing your design agreement. Once you have accepted the proposal and we receive your deposit, your project will begin. E-design plans typically take 4 weeks from contract acceptance - contact us for our current lead time. 

Package pricing is based on the size of your space and the amount of work needed to create your design. You may start with just one space, or select several. 

Please note - we do not offer e-design services for rooms that require extensive construction, such as kitchens and bathrooms. We do offer e-design styling packages for these spaces, but due to the amount of work required in kitchen/bath remodel, we strongly suggest full service design. If you are currently working with a contractor on a custom home/remodel, and simply need help with your selections, please contact us for pricing.
